Search to see if your electronic Annual Operating Report(AOR) submittal file and signature were received by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. 

To start a search, enter requested values in the fields provided below.

Important Note (Applies to AORs for report years 2010 and later): If the AOR is submitted electronically via the web, disk, or email, you can sign the AOR electronically. The AOR is not complete until it is signed. To sign your AOR electronically, first search for your facility and then click the Sign AOR link under the Signature Date column. You will then be redirected to the Login screen. If you do not have a Username and Password, click the link on the Login screen to register an account. If you have not requested a PIN, click the PIN Request Form link after logging in or after registering an account.
